These terms apply to orders and printing enquiries placed with Aakash Print, operated by AAKASH PRINT ADVERTISING & MARKETING LLP, GSTIN 09ACMFA9579N1Z9.

1. Choosing your product

Read the product specifications, size, paper or material, GSM where applicable, printing sides, finishing and quantity before ordering. Product images illustrate the product or a sample design; they do not replace the listed specifications. Any change to the listed specifications must be confirmed by our team before production.

2. Prices and order confirmation

Select your quantity to view the applicable product total. Review the final checkout total, taxes and any delivery charges before paying. Custom specifications, design work, express service and bulk enquiries may require a separate quote. Sending an enquiry or reference sample does not itself confirm an order or a delivery date.

3. Original artwork and reference samples

Upload your original print design in the product’s supported formats. A reference image, video, chat message or voice note describes your requirements and is not automatically treated as approved print-ready artwork. You are responsible for supplying accurate text and for having permission to use the logos, photographs and other content you provide.

4. Design assistance and approval

You can describe your requirements on the product page or contact our design assistant on WhatsApp. Where a proof is provided, check the spelling, contact details, layout, size, colours and all requested changes before approving it. Production may begin after the required artwork approval, payment and order information are received. Changes requested after approval may affect the price and schedule.

5. Print appearance

Screen colours and digital previews may differ from the printed result because screens, paper, materials and printing processes vary. If colour matching, exact positioning or a special finish is essential, discuss it with our team before ordering. A sample image does not promise a finish or feature that is absent from the confirmed specifications.

6. File and instruction review

Check uploaded files and instructions carefully before submitting. The supported file types and size limits are shown on the product page. Files that require manual review, including supported PSD/CDR files, may need further clarification or preparation. We will contact you if required information is missing or the file cannot be used for production.

7. Production and delivery

Production time and delivery time are separate. Artwork, approval, payment or information delays may extend the schedule. Delivery availability and charges depend on your address, the product and the available delivery method. Express service is subject to confirmation. 8. Changes, cancellation and order issues

Contact us promptly with your order number if you need a change or cancellation. Our team will check the order’s actual production and dispatch status and explain the available options before confirming a resolution. If your order is damaged, incorrect or short in quantity, retain the packaging and send details and supporting photographs where available. Customized products are assessed according to the confirmed specifications and the reported issue. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under applicable consumer law.

9. Privacy and uploaded content

Your contact information, artwork, reference files and instructions are used to review and fulfil your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. WhatsApp and browser voice typing may use their own services; review the information you choose to share. Do not upload confidential information that is unnecessary for your print order.
