A 50% advance payment is mandatory to confirm any order.
Orders will not be processed or confirmed until the advance payment has been successfully received.

The standard order processing time is 7-15 business days, depending on the complexity and volume of the job.
We make every effort to deliver as quickly as possible, with usual delivery times being 2-3 days and same-day delivery available for some specific jobs.

A print sample will be shared with the client via WhatsApp for final approval before mass printing.
The client’s confirmation via WhatsApp message (e.g., “Final,” “OK,” etc.) signifies complete approval of the print sample.
After final approval is received, Aakash print is not responsible for any subsequent errors, issues, or causes, and no refund will be initiated. The client is responsible for accepting the final printed product.
If the client does not provide final approval but the company proceeds with printing, Aakash print will be held responsible for any errors in the final product.

No refund will be initiated after successful printing of your order.
Refunds will not be given if the client failed to provide final print approval and the company proceeded with the print.

Design charges are applicable and will be calculated according to the current market rate.
Sample charges are applicable for any physical print samples requested.
Meeting charges may be applicable for in-person consultations.

We deliver products all over India through local couriers or district buses.
Aakash print’s responsibility covers the printing and quality of the product itself.
The company is not responsible for any damage to the product during transit. The responsibility for the product shifts to the party after it has been handed over to the courier or transport service.
